I practice a person-centered approach where I strive to treat all individuals with respect which promotes autonomy. I provide a respectful, accepting, and empathetic counseling perspective. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families and I have a special interest with working within the framework of holistic wellness.

At this time, I am ONLY seeing clients virtually using a HIPAA-compliant app called Spruce for video-based telehealth sessions. As of January 2023, I’ve recently had a few client spaces open up. These openings are mostly during the work week hours, but I’d love to see if we’re a fit. I’m not accepting insurance directly, but many of my clients are able to receive reimbursement by submitting my superbill to their insurance.
