I have completed trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Adoption competency (TAC), Brainspotting (BSP), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The clients I work with range from 5 years of age up to 85 years of age. Many of my clients are working towards decreasing their anxiety with better coping skills or wanting to discover or re-discover who they are as a person. A majority of my clients want to increase their knowledge about their mental health and how it impacts them. I have clients processing trauma from their past and their current traumatic experiences and want to build healthier relationships. The biggest goal that most of my clients are wanting is coping skills.
