I am Christine Pedretti, MSW,ACSW,LCSW and I have been in practice as a LCSW since 1993. I am a member of NASW and have my ACSW certification. I work with adults ages 25 +. I have a patient-centered approach based on affirming strengths. I strive to develop a working relationship based on trust, acceptance, kindness and encouragement to help you find the power already within yourself. I use a humanistic approach to help empower you to become the best version of yourself.

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialized focus and training in trauma, adoption, and attachment. I have completed trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Adoption competency (TAC), Brainspotting (BSP), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My approach to clients is relaxed, compassionate, and most importantly, non judgmental. I take great care to create a sense of felt safety in order for clients to freely share and process painful emotions and experiences to achieve greater well being and happiness. At this time, I offer Telehealth exclusively.

Oftentimes, life can get the better of us. Finding out how to handle stressful situations and learning how to redefine oneself is a journey of self-exploration. My mission is to help you; I do this by meeting you where you are at physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Together, we will explore where you are and where you want to be. We will make a plan and work toward your goals at your pace.

I strive to provide an environment for clients that is free of judgment in which clients feel safe to explore any issue that they are facing. My core belief is that all people have an innate ability and drive to achieve an overall state of happiness, comfort, and satisfaction with their lives. When given the tools that they need to move forward towards these goals, people will achieve the fulfillment that they have been hoping for. I will work with clients to identify any obstacles to personal fulfillment and incorporate evidence-based treatment techniques in order to overcome these barriers.

The clients I work with range from 5 years of age up to 85 years of age. Many of my clients are working towards decreasing their anxiety with better coping skills or wanting to discover or re-discover who they are as a person. A majority of my clients want to increase their knowledge about their mental health and how it impacts them. I have clients processing trauma from their past and their current traumatic experiences and want to build healthier relationships. The biggest goal that most of my clients are wanting is coping skills.
