I am a systemically trained licensed marriage and family therapist with a heart for couples. I cherish the opportunity to help others find their strengths and adapt to their challenges more effectively. I also, understand the unique struggles that accompany grief and loss and seek to help others find hope in the midst of their pain. My training also provides me the expertise to work with the most common anxiety and mood disorder concerns.

In meeting the unique needs of each client, I approach psychotherapeutic work with a supportive, collaborative, and developmental perspective. I assist individuals with a variety of concerns achieve relief, growth, and resilience. Toward these goals, my focus is to facilitate a client's insight, acceptance, and compassion in combination with the development of practical skills.

An area of passion for me is helping to restore broken relationships- anything from healing infidelity to growing in communication. I long to help clients give voice to their pain, to articulate the challenge and to offer support in the journey. I balance that work with my love for working with women's issues- this can include anything from infertility, loss/grief, and post-partum transition or women who have just lost themselves along the way. I am thankful for the opportunity to support women and their partners in these seasons.

She is specifically trained to work with a variety of clients with issues related to depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues and other stress responses. Naomi also specialized in guiding women to develop skills that increase their effectiveness.

Dr. Wendy Settle provides teletherapy for adults and teenagers in Indiana presenting with anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem, stress management, panic attacks, depersonalization/derealization, Body Focused Repetitive Behavior (e.g., hair pulling, skin picking), tic disorders, seasonal affective disorder, ADHD, & college adjustment. Her theoretical orientation integrates biopsychosocial, developmental, behavioral (such as exposure and response prevention), cultural, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, as well as other mindfulness-based perspectives.

Zarandona Counseling and Assessment Services has expanded as a group practice. We currently have 6 therapists, ranging in specialty, and provide services for children 14 years old and up, teens, and adults. Three of our therapists are Spanish speakers. While Elena Zarandona is currently accepting a limited number of new clients, she is happy to recommend any of the therapist working with her. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and other mood and anxiety based disorders. I rely on mindfulness and relationally focused treatment models, I work with clients to identify ineffective or unhelpful patterns in their lives and establish more workable solutions.I obtained my Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University. I have worked as a Clinical Social Worker in private practice and at Nationwide Children's Hospital providing individual and family counseling services for multiple mental health issues.
