Clients desire to explore the layers of the barriers they are faced with, learn healthy and solution focused ways to manage life's adversities while gaining meaning making. Clients would ideally desire a way of their current situations and aspire to be the best version of themselves equipped to meet life head on. My ideal client is open-minded, committed, ambitious, vulnerable, honest, flexible, and ready to build a rapport that will validate them in their darkest hours.
IAP Certified Life Coach & CBT therapist/counselor with over 13 years of counseling and social work experience.
