I work with women struggling with perinatal mood disorders, those struggling with food/mood connections, parents of children with a disability diagnosis and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I take a holistic approach with my clients and figure out what we can do to find balance and peace for their daily lives. I value meaning and purpose as a lifeline for healing. I provide understanding, consistency and an opportunity for self exploration.
