By gaining self-awareness, clients can better understand their innate strengths and find ways to incorporate these positive traits into their daily living. I also believe by better understanding their values, individuals can connect with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose, which ultimately contributes to a more fulfilling life.
For the majority of my career, I have worked as an outpatient mental health counselor. My background also involves organizing & co-directing a confidence camp for preteen girls and incorporating faith into the therapeutic experience. I am currently the Clinical Director at our Valparaiso office and I supervise a team of amazing counselors.
