The office is setup to feel personal and relaxing. I enjoy working with goal orientated individuals as the therapy will be present centered and goal orientated.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing therapy for over 20 years. My areas of expertise are counseling couples and individuals struggling with relational issues. I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults. I will work with you to set your own therapeutic goals and help you to build on your current strengths.
I believe in the possibility of change. I encourage my clients to find the options available to them, even in their most difficult times. My goal as a therapist is to create a causal environment to ease the tension or the stress of my clients. I have a soft and patient approach with my clients.
