As an endurance athlete, I uniquely understand the challenges athletes face, addressing the mental aspects that often accompany physical pursuits. Most of clients have a trauma history that they are afraid to explore. My experience has taught me that we don't need to remember all the gory details or force problems that don't exist, but recognizing dysfunctional patterns and coping skills that are often created from our past is an integral part of healing and growing.
I am passionate about racial justice, LGTBQIA+ friendly, and strive to create a safe, empathetic and comfortable environment for my clients.
