For the past 20 years, I have worked with a variety of individuals and families including children and adults in various life transitions. Part of my foundation in working with these populations is creating a safe and trusting relationship to ensure healing and growth by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, attachment, complex developmental trauma, executive functioning disorders, and mood disorders. I am trained as a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner.

I have over thirty years of clinical experience treating adults, adolescents and children, using individual, couples and family therapy. I really enjoy helping people reach their inner potential and find their strength. Every person has all that they need right inside themselves. I am here to help teach them tools and skills to tap into their own strength and knowledge. My goal is to help people learn and grow so they can make the best of their life’s journey. In today’s world most people have experienced a variety of stressors that seem to weave throughout life. Trying to balance a sense of normalcy in the day to day can become overwhelming when you don’t understand why you think, act, or cope the way you do. Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress and destructive thoughts can impact the relationship you have with yourself and others. As a clinician, my ultimate goal for my clients is to make therapy more inviting and safe. I take a very relational approach, placing a high priority on building trust and rapport with my clients. I love working with clients who may have not had great experiences with therapy in the past, and enjoy taking on the responsibility of making therapy less scary and overwhelming. It is through this therapeutic relationship that I believe true healing can begin. I hope to work together with my clients to find solutions and set goals that best meet the outcomes they are looking to achieve.
