Hi there! I am a counselor who works with clients ages 13+ and am skilled in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, self-esteem, anger management, and transition issues. I also have specialized training and experience working with older adults with dementia and other cognitive and age-related changes. Additionally, I see teenagers and adults of all ages who identify as LGBTQIA+ and am well-versed in helping clients who are questioning their identities, beginning the coming-out process, and/or transitioning. Over the past 3 years, I have dedicated myself to those dealing with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. With almost 2 decades of personal recovery, I understand how the eating disorder can affect your ability to move forward in life, especially when there are coinciding disorders. The realization that you may need help takes a certain amount of courage and I’m here to walk along side you on that journey to recovery so you can fulfill your dreams. It will be hard, uncomfortable, and sometimes won’t seem worth it, but I assure you, there is more to life and you have the capability to heal.
