Hi there! I am a counselor who works with clients ages 13+ and am skilled in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, self-esteem, anger management, and transition issues. I also have specialized training and experience working with older adults with dementia and other cognitive and age-related changes. Additionally, I see teenagers and adults of all ages who identify as LGBTQIA+ and am well-versed in helping clients who are questioning their identities, beginning the coming-out process, and/or transitioning.
