Tomorrow is a better day; I strongly believe in helping support individuals to bring about the change they desire in life. I specialize in work related to anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, perfectionism, and depressive symptoms. I have experience working with individuals to overcome self-harm and helping teens build their self confidence! In addition to therapy, I offer psychoeducational and psychological testing to clarify diagnoses, highlight strengths and weaknesses, and identify appropriate accommodations if applicable. (CBT Therapy and testing ages 7+).
I strongly believe in providing a warm, non-judgmental and accepting environment to aid in facilitating change within the client and assisting clients in the process of achieving his or her own goals. Working together with parents to best address childhood issues is often incorporated into services to serve the family best!
