Most of my clients are working on improving their personal lives and relationships. Many seek therapy for symptoms of anxiety, depression, or grief. I feel passionate about the therapeutic process and I am honored to be witness to my clients' amazing journeys.

I specialize in substance use as well as all mental health diagnoses. In therapy, I work with clients on building independence, self esteem, and gaining education on their mental health. I do individual and couples counseling and collaboratively come up with goals to address core issues.

I have an extensive background in supporting individuals and their family system as they navigate issues that fuel addiction and process addictions. I am specifically trained in Eating Disorder and Body Image treatment. I have also completed training to become a trauma specialist, as it is very rare to encounter a person struggling with addiction or an eating disorder without a history of trauma. Additionally, long history of helping family members working on issues of co-dependency and boundaries in an effort to restore healthy, loving relationships. I believe very firmly that families need to heal together!
