We all experience trauma, uncertainty and severe stressors in our lives. I believe that positive change is possible at any age or stage of life. I will work with you to identify triggers to struggles and develop a plan to help you reach your goals so that you can find fulfillment, stability and peace. My approach to counseling is practical, short-term and solution focused. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents as well families having difficulties adjusting to life changes and transitions such as relationship issues, divorce, work/life balance, behavioral problems and/or academic concerns.

I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist and qualified state supervisor, and I treat children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I see people with anxiety/panics/fears and depression/sadness/hopelessness, in individual and in couples therapy. I help my clients surpass life's difficult challenges by providing support and help navigate life's transitions. For many, past painful experiences get in the way of living the life you want- the low self esteem, negative self talk, depression/anxiety, nervousness. In therapy, we would address the difficulties in different phases of life, the hardships in your professional career, challenges in your relationships, poor choices, the negative patterns of your thoughts.

I firmly believe in the power of therapeutic intervention to guide individuals, couples, and families towards healthier, more fulfilling lives. I understand the pain involved in dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and couples’ relationships. My goal is to create a safe, judgement-free, and collaborative environment that gives you the freedom to express yourself and establish goals. My ultimate goal is to be a catalyst for transformation and healing, fostering stronger, more harmonious relationships and for individuals to find the support and understanding they need to lead happier and healthier lives.
