Like war, trauma from adult and childhood abuse, hurt from church and family have left many of us just limping through life. Just because you are use to the pain, it doesn't mean you or your love ones should continue to live with the pain. I am honest and I like to see results. I also like to work with clients that are ready to be honest and put in the work to see their desired results. I primarily see adult women with trauma and couples in need of support! My office has clinicians that see individuals of all ages! I am also a Qualified Supervisor that is passionate about supporting Registered Interns on their licensing journey!

My knowledge and training in Sandtray and EMDR is rare in Pensacola, Fl. I'm passionate about learning and bringing that knowledge to my clients. Using these techniques and more, most of my clients are able to gain deep insight for relief to trauma symptoms such as anxiety, triggers and depression much more quickly than traditional talk therapy provides.

Change is difficult but living with shame, fear and a never ending cycle of blame & pain is miserable. When I made the brave decision to reach out for help I kept it private. However, as I began to see growth I no longer saw therapy as something to hide. I wanted everyone to be able to experience the freedom and relief that I found. I want the same for you!
