I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Pensacola, Florida. I primarily provide individual counseling services to adults. As a 20-year U.S Navy veteran, I am passionate about helping our military, veterans, law enforcement, and other emergency first-responders. Please note that I do not provide employer-related psychological assessments or fill out external patient forms of any kind.
I know that many people are faced with various mental health challenges; wanting solutions for the here-and-now. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, or other spiritual warfare can be the biggest culprits. Many times, those problems stem from incidents from our past. Too often, our feelings confuse us, so we bury them.
As a result, we feel isolated and uneasy with other people, especially authority figures. As we try to please others to compensate, we lose our own identities in the process. Afraid of abandonment, we engage in unhealthy relationships. Finally, as we neglect ourselves, our work and family relationships also suffer.
