Greetings! I have worked in this field in various capacities: currently I am working with individuals, couples and families who experienced and are experiencing the following issues such as depression, anxiety, fear/phobia including social, family and other relational issues, low self esteem, grief, stress management, conflict management or poor communication, and some others in varying degrees for over 12 years.

When your life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or out of control, you may not feel like yourself. Everyday tasks seem a little harder, you may feel more impatient or sensitive, and your mind seems to focus on the wrong things. My goal is to help you navigate through these challenges in a safe and non-judgmental space so you may live a more balanced, authentic, and peaceful life.

I use logical, evidenced based solutions to help my clients cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, work/life balance and other mental health problems. I have a special passion for helping the military community.
