I have a passion to assist persons that have a history of trauma that has affected their lives in a negative fashion. Therapy could be seen as a journey to find the answers you have been seeking in order to live a more fulfilled, peaceful life filled with happiness. To assist you in your journey is my passion. If you are on this page, you are seeking more out of life. This is the first step in that direction.

My therapeutic style incorporates a strengths-based approach to build off what is already working for you or going well in your life. I foster an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and intersectional approach in my practice by making sure we first establish our positionality and the power dynamic within the therapeutic alliance. I want our sessions to act as a teaching-learning environment—I have just as much to learn from you as you have from me. We will explore what you want to get out of our sessions and work through any psychoeducation on topics you would like to further understand before moving into the work together.

Over the years we have seen a rise in the need of mental health support throughout our nation. This rise has been due to the courage and strength of those in our communities who have been willing to ignore social stigmas and break generational curses, in order to seek the necessary help. My main goal and objective is and has always been to provide quality mental health care to my community.
