After a trauma or the death of a loved one, pet or loss of a relationship, we can feel lost, alone, and disconnected from our body. At Talk Lift Heal, my goal is to give you a safe space to process feelings while also offering somatic approaches and techniques. Therapeutic and somatic movement can look different for everyone, my specialty is within strength training and weightlifting. You deserve to feel connected to your body, release stored emotions/body tension, and to feel strong again!
My services are truly unique! I have found from over 10 years working in the mental health field, and from the past 6 years of being a movement coach, that I can best help by providing nervous system healing through somatic based therapies. If traditional methods to mental health have not been as effective, this mind body approach may be a great option!
