I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and work closely with BIPOC. My goal is to provide a safe, direct, and compassionate environment in order to help clients gain deeper insight and acceptance in the face of adversity. I believe the past is present, which is why I focus on addressing the root of the problem. I am committed to meeting my clients exactly where they are on their journey. Change can be often uncomfortable for people but I will be right there with you through that process.
I am trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic preparation / integration. I am also EMDR trained and often pair that with somatic psychotherapy to help clients attain a greater sense of mind and body congruence.
Trauma and stress can manifest in different ways depending on the individual. Unhealthy behaviors/beliefs are often developed as a method of coping with something too painful or overwhelming. You don't need to hurt alone. We can't undo the past, but can work together towards healing so you can start being present for the people and things you love in life.
