My ideal client is someone who lives at the intersection of multiple minority identities. I enjoy helping individuals cope with stress, anxiety, depression, issues related to identity and the impact of organized religion. I prioritize Black women & Black Queer folx in my work.

I work with a number of different presenting issues including men's issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life changes, couples and those who are struggling with substance use.

I am passionate about working with people who encounter stress & unwanted patterns of behavior that interfere with their individual, relational and career aspirations. In addition to my work with individuals who are facing distress from depression & anxiety, I have specific training & experience helping couples & partners dealing with relational distress resulting from problematic sexual behaviors, including facilitating therapeutic disclosures and leading betrayal trauma groups. I also work with older adolescents & adults suffering with body image issues & disordered eating. Parent coaching is another area of expertise.
