While my primary focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I employ other techniques as needed to help my clients achieve the change they desire.

I'm a Board Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I also offer Clinical Supervision as the Founder of Atlanta Wellness Collective.

Cayley is a M.S. in the state of Georgia. She has been practicing as a therapist for over five years. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Gwinnett College and a Master of Science degree from Brenau University. She has had success working to help adults and adolescents/teenagers with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, and trauma. She has also successfully treated individuals struggling with phase of life problems, financial stress, and attachment difficulties.
