Welcome. I'm so glad you stopped by. I work with high achieving individuals and families experiencing anxiety & stress, grief & loss, & relationship/family issues. The primary goal of my practice is to create an environment of safety and respect for you to experience connection, heal hurts, develop awareness, and grow personally. I'm a Board Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I also offer Clinical Supervision as the Founder of Atlanta Wellness Collective.

Cayley is a M.S. in the state of Georgia. She has been practicing as a therapist for over five years. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Gwinnett College and a Master of Science degree from Brenau University. She has had success working to help adults and adolescents/teenagers with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, and trauma. She has also successfully treated individuals struggling with phase of life problems, financial stress, and attachment difficulties.

Seeking counseling is a brave decision that could be the first step towards living a happier, more fulfilling life. I work with couples who are dissatisfied with the quality of their relationship due to issues such as unresolvable conflicts, infidelity, complicated family dynamics, incompatibility, substance use, etc. I also see high school/ college students or young adults (Gen-Z and millennials) experiencing difficult life transitions, relationship issues, loneliness, issues of faith or spirituality, complicated family dynamics, etc. Whatever brings you here, I hope you find the hope and healing your soul desires.

Therapeutically, Stan uses the metaphor that life is like a hiking trail. It has ups and downs, easy stretches and difficult inclines, rewarding sights, and gut-wrenching days when it feels like the rain is following us specifically. Using a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Constructivist Narrative Therapy, Stan works alongside his client, not only to understand patterns of behavior and how to adjust them, but also to dive deeper and uncover the strength and resilience every human is capable of.

The foundations of respect, non-judgment, and strength are powerful values that are needed in a therapeutic relationship. Through unconditional self-acceptance, impact, and change, you are the driving force in your life.
