I am a certified trauma therapist and specialize in perinatal mental health, depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, embodiment/self-image, stress management, and the more serious and persistent mental illnesses. I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and mental health care, especially in minority cultures.
I incorporate inclusivity and cultural sensitivity into my practice and strive to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and mental health care.
