Have you been diagnosed as neurodivergent as an adult (ADHD / Autism) and want to better understand yourself and your experiences? You're not alone, and I would love to help you heal and learn new, helpful patterns.
Using an integration of evidence-based best practices like somatic and attachment-focused EMDR, DBT, and CBT, I will work with you to identify and reach your goals and get unstuck from any roadblocks. EMDR is an effective therapy that helps rewire trauma memories so they are safely stored in the past and no longer reactivated in the present.
Whether you want to take a deep dive or go more slowly, whether you want to meet weekly, biweekly, or more intensively we'll work together to meet your goals to living the life you've always deserved. I bring a mix of education, warmth, and humor to session, creating the environment you need for healing and growth. I can't wait to hear from you!
