My job is to help you become a better YOU..through the renewing of your mind!
I always tell my clients, "If I can get you to think for yourself and engage better coping strategies on your own, then you won't need me!" That may sound odd, but it should be the goal of responsible therapists. My education and training should primarily benefit you: to become empowered, wiser, emotionally stronger and in tune with your purpose!
