Renee's has 10 years of experience working with the Department of Defense while working with the military. She traveled to various installations and supported men and women thru their trauma and grief/loss as they transitioned back to their installation. The techniques she uses to assist with trauma include EMDR and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
After observing and working with people over the years, a therapist learns what works. A successful counseling experience comes from providing a place of safety and trust where you can feel safe to discuss your personal issues. Together we can develop clarity and move towards an improved place of well being.

Addictions and Trauma group
Kennesaw Trauma and Addiction Center (KTAC) is an intensive outpatient program that lasts 10-12 weeks and supports clients 3 days a week for 10 hours/week. It is possible to work while attending our program. If you have a substance use issue that you feel interferes in your family/work/ or just parts of your life, this program may be for you. We believe that underlying issues such as trauma can exasperate every day functioning. If that is something you may be interested, give us a call and we can talk more about it.
