I have been trained to work with many different clients and mental illnesses. I've conducted grief therapy with patients and families in the ER, groups with clients suffering from severe mental illness and with individuals who are working to get past hurt and daily stresses that life brings.
I love helping clients boost their self-esteem, and increase their quality of life. I utilize different techniques in my practice in order to provide the best service to each client that seeks my help. I am holistic, non-judgmental and dedicated to assisting my clients improve their lives.
