I work with individuals of all backgrounds, bodies, and beliefs. My approach is individualized and collaborative.
My goal is to provide a co-creative, connected experience that is emotionally safe, affirming, and protective, for you to gain insight and resiliency. We will work together using a respectful, caring and listening approach.
My studies have included training in minorities and domestic violence, DBT, EMDR, TF- CBT, Play Therapy and conflict resolution. In addition, I am an experienced clinical supervisor, a certified rehabilitation counselor and have extensive experience working with developmentally disabled children transitioning from high school
