I specialize in areas related to women's issues, adolescent issues, parent and child relationship issues, and communication and conflict issues with couples. I support women heal their past wounds, grow in confidence and thrive in their lives and relationships. I assist adolescents development emotional maturity, self-confidence, positive coping strategies and a strong decision-making skills so parents can have a peace of mind. Lastly, I help couples express what they think, feel and want without the confusion, arguments, and shut down. We also host Wellness Retreats for Women focused on mind, body and spirit.
My therapeutic approach is highly personalized and tailored for your personality and needs. I believe the client is the expert in their life and my position is to guide them to resolve inner conflicts that are impacting their abilities. I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
