As a therapist of 25 years, I work with individuals and couples in a safe and private space that offers a non-judgmental environment to address any issues of concern. Guided primarily by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy while considering the social, cultural, and spiritual context, I help clients build on their personal strengths while addressing their concerns.
Having worked extensively with military families, I have a clear understanding of their special needs and challenges. I have provided professional Social Work services to in-patient and out-patient hospitals and hospice programs, and well understand the stresses of chronic illness on the individual and their families.
