My desire is to journey with you toward emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational wholeness. My passion is working with women on issues including eating disorders, sexual and relational wholeness, healthy boundaries, divorce recovery, and coping with chronic disease or illness. I provide a safe, supportive environment with the goal of helping you live more authentically with healthy strategies and coping skills for life.
I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and feel honored in helping couples get to the heart of their relational struggles and find a deeper and closer connection together.
