As a therapist, my top priorities are making sure that clients feel safe and advocated for during sessions, and that we take a collaborative approach towards treatment goals. I am also credentialed with the Addictions Professionals of South Carolina as a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC). My approach to therapy is to create a trauma informed environment in which you will feel safe to share your authentic experiences with me, however difficult it may be. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment theory, and emotions focused therapy. She graduated from the Citadel in Charleston with a degree in Clinical Counseling. Liz believes that good health is the harmony of body, mind and spirit, and it is never too late to strive for a life of peace and joy. Her main areas of focus are anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma.

I received my education & started my professional career of counseling in Pennsylvania and have recently moved to the area for a new beginning at the east coast. Dale Belluscio is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island that has been practicing for more than 20 years. She specializes in trauma, specifically sexual abuse. Dale believes in a holistic approach and treating the entire person, not just a diagnosis. She strives to meet the client where they are at and work on their struggles together. Dale loves working with her group as they all bring our own expertise, allowing them to treat many different individuals.
