My job as your therapist is to partner with you to foster healing, introspection, and growth, and utilize the strengths you already possess while building upon them. I believe that you are the expert on what you need, I am simply a partner to help you get there. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. My foundation is a collaborative and non-judgmental, person-centered approach to ensure clients feel empowered through their journey.

I have specialized training in Gestalt Therapy, Brainspotting, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Therapy, Addiction Recovery support, alternative/integrative processes including Emotional Kinesiology, Single's Coaching, Heartmath, and several other modes of assisting change!

We provide diagnostic testing for assessments for mood disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, learning disabilities, giftedness, parental fitness evaluations, assessments for cognitive functioning, and post-concussion cognitive assessments.

Life is challenging, sometimes it can feel like we aren’t made for the pace that is asked of us in today’s world. The result can feel like disconnect, overwhelm, or even depression and anxiety. I have over 6 years of experience working with victims/survivors of domestic violence and abuse. I believe that the deepest healing happens when therapy is rooted in connection, empathy, and compassion, so my first goal is to create an environment in which you feel understood and supported.
