Over the years, I have worked with individuals who experience challenges with symptoms related to anxiety, who have been experienced challenges in relationships, and those who are wanting to increase stress management skills. Some folks seeking support during times of transition and some folks are interested in focusing on a specific area of their relationship with their partner or their coworkers. Together, we can determine which goals to focus on and how to best achieve the desired outcomes.

When we struggle with our mental wellness, the systems around us also struggle, whether that's your family, kids, pets, relationships, work, friends/social life. In my sessions, you lead the way and I will challenge and encourage you to see beyond the surface.

Dr. Cook specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused care for individuals, couples, and families. She is an experienced child and family therapist with over 20 years in the field.

Founded on a person-centered approach, I believe that the professional relationship is a large part of the therapeutic work. Although I integrate several evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, somatic, psycho-dynamic, & motivational interviewing interventions, I welcome any presentation for both adults as well as youth.
