I believe that every individual is unique. We all come from different backgrounds, and we all do not necessarily have the same diagnoses or issues. Therefore, a counseling approach that is effective for one individual may not be effective for another. As a result, I tend to combine multiple theoretical perspectives such as Experiential, Acceptance and Commitment, Person-centered, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I enjoy working and helping others grow to their full potential. I want to be able to provide a safe space and trust to each individual that I work with in order to accomplish the goals that they set for themselves.
