I will help you design a roadmap to finding joy in your parenthood journey. I empower you to make the changes you need.
Working together we build a roadmap to help you feel successful even in the hard moments of your parenting journey. I use CBT, attachment, and Interpersonal modalities to address anxiety with TTC / infertility, and motherhood. You will learn new tools to build your confidence in your ability to be present during every part of this journey.
Clients feel more connected to their children and partner as well as able to confidently manage their mental load after working with me.
