I am honored to support individuals and couples seeking emotional wellness. I function from an empathy-based perspective and take great pride in my ability to feel with my clients, working to create a safe space for desired change. I have over 14 years of clinical experience serving clients managing Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and PTSD as well as the complex layers of Personality Disorders and Substances Use Disorders. In our sessions, you'll find a safe space to express yourself freely without judgment. Together, we'll develop coping strategies and meaningful goals tailored to your needs. With weekend availability, let's embark on this journey of healing and growth together.
