Additionally, Dr. Winter is on the Clinical faculty of the VCU Medical College of Virginia Department of Psychiatry where she supervises residents in family therapy. She also serves as a consultant to many organizations, both in the non-profit and private sectors. Her credentials include licenses in social work and Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Approved Supervisor Status for the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

At Renewing RVA, our mission is to provide high-quality, medical mental health services in conjunction with Biblical Prayer Ministry for the spiritual, mental, and physical flourishing of clients in need. We treat mild to moderate psychiatric conditions, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychogenic sleep issues, or ADHD. When needed, we refer to outside providers for complex issues such as bipolar disorder or psychotic disorders. We treat children, adolescents, and adults. Patients do not have to be Christian in order to be seen by us.
