I am optimistic in my therapeutic approach helping ladies with reproductive mental health, and couples, families, and individuals (adolescents/adults) who struggle with issues that affect their daily functioning. My goal is to empower clients to understand themselves, to highlight strengths, positive traits, coping skills, and encourage the potential that emerges during the therapeutic process. I also work with individuals struggling with all manner of relationship challenges and topics around identity. I have experience with and strive to create a warm and inclusive environment for those who are LGBTQIA+ or anyone who wants to explore some aspect of their sexual or romantic life. I am a sex positive provider who is kink-knowledgable and affirming of all relationship structures, including ENM and polyamory.

With over 30 years of experience, I have an expertise in working with adults in midlife and those navigating older adulthood. My approach to therapy begins with forming mutual trust. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, the right 'fit', and that a foundation of support and connection can empower you to explore your past and understand how it is impacting your 'now'.

As a former Division 1 Athlete and current Trailing Spouse, I am here to serve the ATHLETE and EXPAT communities. Athletes, you might have access to free resources at your school/university/college but sometimes it's nice to talk to someone outside of your athletic department because they might be part of the problem and you might feel more comfortable talking about your struggles with someone else "gets it." Expats, we know RMO-Ps aren't always available when we need them and local therapists might not be able to relate to our lifestyle or culture. I understand life inside the bubble without living inside of yours.
