We all face stressors in life that can become overwhelming. I have extensive experience helping adolescents, providing perinatal support, and am certified in family and couples therapy practice by the Ackerman Institute for the Family. With a foundation in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, I use interventions from narrative, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies.
