Hello! My name is Mushiyrah. I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges, as well as other issues. Teaching coping skills and helping clients utilize their strengths is important to me. It allows individuals to feel empowered and competent. The goal is not to rely on me but to learn to trust themselves and utilize new skills to manage their symptoms. It is also very important to me to give space for people of color to feel comfortable exploring issues of race.

Finding a therapist (for the first time ever or just the first time in awhile) can be an overwhelming process. I can make it easier for you. If you are grieving a loss, managing a chronic illness, or having trouble adjusting to changes in your life, I can help. You are the expert in your own life; I want to empower you to tell your story without fear of judgment. My role in our work together is to listen to your struggles, remind you of your strengths, and find a way to honor your losses.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I have been a therapist for over 10 years and I have worked with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and difficulties with handling life’s stressors. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, I will include discussions about using food as medicine, the use of herbal supplements, and the mental health benefits of exercise.

Hi, I'm Eli. I work with individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in their lives. My approach is client-centered and highly individual. I believe in meeting the clients where they are, then guiding them to where they want to be through the use of psychoeducation, collaborative discussion, and a strong focus on kindness.​ I specialize in working with individuals facing personal difficulties and couples struggling with relational obstacles such as communication, infidelity, and relational imbalance. My practice is empathetic, systemic, and maintains a safe space for people to explore their truth without judgment.

My style is a relaxed conversation, my experience, is as follows; working within mother baby shelters over 25 years, Adolescents, Level of care (acute med surg) inpatient, First Responders, Law enforcement. Populations that I have worked with include areas of trauma, grief, depression, suicide, bullying, substance abuse, self esteem and includes Life Changes.
