If you are struggling with the effects of depression, which also involves anxiety, low self-esteem, and feelings of isolation or inadequacy, I can help provide and teach you the skills necessary to be more successful, happy, and content in your life. We will work together to identify unhealthy thought patterns, unhealthy activities, negative choice cycles, and more so that you can live your best life.
I completed the 40 hours of EMDR training to reach full certification and am accepting clients for EMDR therapy. I also incorporate my experience and training in CBT and DBT into my therapy sessions.
My goal is to help you identify your struggles and then work with them to overcome these barriers by trying different solutions. Some say I have an eclectic approach to providing therapy, but ultimately, I enjoy walking alongside my clients so they are empowered to heal.
