Life Strategies is a group of experienced, highly qualified clinicians that provide counseling services for adults, adolescents and children in the Western New York area. We offer individual, couples, family and group therapy sessions in-person (at Life Strategies Counseling Services offices) and virtually (video conferencing, phone).

I am so glad you are taking this first step in your therapy journey towards healing, growth, and change. I work with adults who are coping with any life change or challenge that may be causing distress. I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, confidence issues, trauma, coping with or transitioning from narcissistic abuse, or any transition in life. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for you to share your story and explore your emotions. Together, we will identify barriers to your personal success and life satisfaction, and begin the process of healing by helping you to create the life you choose.

Therapy is an opportunity to share with an unbiased person the sorting through of life-issues that a person is experiencing. Together, the therapist and the client create manageable and realistic solutions, whether in an individual, couple or family setting, honoring confidentiality and building trust.
