Life Strategies is a group of experienced, highly qualified clinicians that provide counseling services for adults, adolescents and children in the Western New York area. We offer individual, couples, family and group therapy sessions in-person (at Life Strategies Counseling Services offices) and virtually (video conferencing, phone).

A graduate of Syracuse University, I have worked with a variety of individuals in private practice, as well as non-profit clinical settings.
