At Growing in Care Mental Health Counseling PLLC, we work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and our experience includes supporting youth and adults with various diagnoses including (but not limited to), anxiety, depression, & autism. We utilize CBT and strength based approaches, while meeting clients where they are at in their growth and healing. We support with needs across settings, including school, employment, and with families.

I have over fifteen years of professional experience in the field of mental health. A graduate of Syracuse University, I have worked with a variety of individuals in private practice, as well as non-profit clinical settings. As a Client-Centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, my approach to therapy involves providing support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I will work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

I love working with individuals, couples, and families to develop better patterns of communication, a greater sense of emotional awareness and expression, and safe places to process trauma and heal. Additionally, I work with men struggling with relationship challenges, porn use, and anger management. Connection, growth, and emotional well-being are cornerstones in my practice. I, therefore, love using trauma informed emotionally focused therapy, IFS, and contextual couples therapy to help clients meet and maintain their goals.

Accepting new clients through Courage to Change Coaching! I have been in the addiction field for 23 years and am passionate about the work I do and the individuals I serve. I have always been inspired by the courage and strength that my clients displayed even when they didn't realize it themselves. I find it very empowering to assist my clients in developing new coping skills and build on their own individual strengths.
