Navigating parenting is one challenge, nurturing your relationship AND navigating parenting is another. In this group we talk about the challenges, learn strategies (and fun stuff) about relationship and how to nurture our relationships create healthy families. This workshops is psychoeducational (not therapy) and is best attended by a caregiving team (parents, caregiving grandparents, etc.) as we will talk a lot about the adult relationships that support children and have exercises geared towards two people.
