I work with clients to help identify, process and heal relational issues whether it be familial, romantic, professional, or platonic. I also work with clients suffering from and feeling held back by the scars of trauma, emotional wounds, and maladaptive behavior patterns. I help clients to acknowledge their pain and/or the role they play in their dissatisfaction, slowly process it, accept it, and implement new paths forward so they can take back control of their lives and enjoy closer relationships.

I am a licensed mental health counselor who works with adolescents and adults. it’s my priority to develop a safe, empathic, and nonjudgmental space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship. I have worked with a diverse population of clients in a mental health clinic and an outpatient chemical dependency program. I am a licensed psychologist and Professor of Psychology at Adelphi University, and I am board certified in clinical and counseling psychology. I Graduated from Molloy College and Fordham University. Currently on Board of Social Work at Molloy College. Received Masters of Social Work from Fordham University with specialization in children and families. My private practice includes individual and family modalities which focuses on overall healing. The practice uses traditional cognitive behavioral therapies and techniques while integrating holistic methods to treat Addiction, Anxiety, Depression and Life Stressors.
