Melissa Albano is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has over 20 years of social work experience. Melissa was employed for 18 years as a case manager for a large health system. Her experience working with clients has been managing cases related to anxiety, panic attacks, depression, crisis intervention, substance abuse, and domestic violence. Melissa also worked with chronically ill clients and their families to better cope with their ongoing needs. She is passionate and experienced with counseling related to the LGBTQ+ community. Melissa completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at New York University.

William Rios is a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in social services. He has experience working in hospitals, the New Jersey Children's System of Care, private practice, case management, and non-profit organizations. He is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples fight towards stability in their lives while addressing their mental health needs. William specializes in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. His personal experience with both children and spouses with high-stress careers gives him unique insight in work/family/life balance.

Dr. Burgess is a counseling psychologist and the owner of BB Counseling. Dr. Burgess received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts. Upon graduation, he went on to receive his Master's Degree and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University. Dr. Burgess treats a variety of disorders including but not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, ocd, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, anger, chronic pain, marriage counseling, and parental counseling. Treatment also includes psychological evaluations for bariatric surgery, spinal cord stimulators, and long term pain medication.

Tykeyia “Ty” Evans is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has 14 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with children, families, adults, couples, severe mental illness, and addictions. Ty also has experience in crisis intervention. She has worked with a broad range of concerns including psychosis, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, domestic violence, self-esteem issues, homelessness, family conflict, relationship issues, grief and loss, identity issues, and aging to name a few. Ty completed both her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Rutgers University.

I am a licensed Clinical Health Psychologist with extensive training and experience in treating anxiety-related disorders, especially OCD & Perfectionism (OCPD), relationship issues, and eating disorders, specifically obesity and binge eating. Additionally, I have sustained success in treating individuals with sleep issues and medical issues. I am predominately CBT focused, but will incorporate my training in analysis and mindfullness into the treatment plan to offer a more well-rounded and balanced approach to your psychological concerns
